My name is Sarah Mardirossian and I graduated from Salem State University with a Master’s Degree in School Counseling and School Adjustment Counseling in 2021. Over the past four years, I’ve worked closely with teens and their families primarily in the school settings, supporting them through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. My clinical experience includes working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, and trauma. I bring a person-centered approach to therapy, believing that a strong, trusting relationship is the foundation for growth and healing. I also incorporate evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop practical skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, and fostering resilience. Whether I’m working with adolescents or collaborating with families, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
