What Sessions Feel Like

A place where you can be yourself and say what’s on your mind without judgment. We’ll figure out what’s getting in the way and work through it together. That might mean talking, playing a game, or bringing family into the conversation—and having a few laughs along the way.

Who I Work With

I especially enjoy working with kids, teens, and families. I like getting to know each person, finding what helps them open up, and helping them understand each other a little better.

Therapy Style

I’m down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and like to bring humor into sessions. I believe you’re the expert on you. My role is to listen, offer a different perspective, and help you work toward what matters to you.

"Practice makes progress, not perfection."

What I Hope You’ll Take Away

I hope people feel understood, trust themselves a little more, and leave with tools they can actually use. I often say, “Practice makes progress, not perfection.” You don’t have to get everything right to move forward.

If You’re Nervous About Starting Therapy

You don’t need to have a speech ready or know where to start. We’ll figure it out together. With kids and teens, I use play, games, and creative activities so we can work on the hard stuff while doing something they enjoy.
