Bekah Riley, LMHC
Hi there! My name is Bekah, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Assumption University in 2024 and have since worked with individuals and groups in outpatient mental health settings supporting adults. I also have experience in school-based environments, where I worked with children and adolescents in specialized educational and behavioral programs.
I primarily support individuals navigating anxiety, obsessive‑compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, grief and loss, trauma, and substance use concerns. I believe that meaningful therapeutic change happens through a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship paired with evidence‑based practices.
My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I frequently incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) interventions, motivational interviewing, strengths‑based therapy, and person‑centered therapy. I tailor interventions to each individual’s goals, needs, and strengths because I believe therapy should be collaborative, individualized, and centered on the person I am working with.
